You'll work in a supportive environment where your compassion, clinical skills, and dedication truly matter. What You'll Do As an RN at MSCC, you will: Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents with complex medical needs. Monitor residents' conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status. Administer medications and treatments according to established standards and physician orders. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, respiratory therapists, nursing assistants, and other members of the care team. Promote residents' health, comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Develop meaningful relationships with residents and their families. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the interdisciplinary team. Follow established clinical, safety, and infection-control practices. Serve as an advocate for the residents entrusted to your care. Schedule PRN

  • As Needed Weekends are Required Qualifications What We're Looking For Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Mississippi , without restrictions.

Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Ability to provide compassionate care to individuals with complex medical needs. Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical judgment skills. A genuine desire to build relationships and make a difference in the lives of others. Experience with complex medical care, long-term care, rehabilitation, respiratory care, or individuals with neurological or physical disabilities is a plus.
