Job Description
Job description Trend Health and Rehab of Houston is a 60-bed skilled nursing facility, and we are currently seeking an LPN ($27.50) or RN ($33.50) Infection Prevention/Wound Care Nurse. We prefer for the individual to be wound care certified, but this is not a requirement. Some of the duties include, but are not limited to: Infection Prevention - oversee the infection control program, conduct infection control training and in-services, provide weekly reports, oversee tests and vaccinations, leader of infection prevention committee, oversee clinics, work a cart when needed, assist with wound care.
