Handle data entry tasks with precision, maintaining organized records of customer interactions, appointments, and inquiries. Provide front desk support by greeting visitors, managing office management duties, and maintaining a professional environment. Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for team members or clients as needed. Support clerical tasks including filing, proofreading, and maintaining office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations. Communicate effectively via phone and email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and client communication skills. Use technical proficiency in software like QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping or invoicing tasks when required. Collaborate with team members to enhance office productivity and ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Skills Strong computer skills with familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and data entry software. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively. Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or front desk roles within a professional setting. Customer service expertise with demonstrated ability to handle inquiries via phone communication professionally. Technical proficiency in office productivity tools such as Word processing, spreadsheets, and bookkeeping software like QuickBooks. Exceptional phone etiquette combined with strong interpersonal skills for client communication. Experience with medical or dental receptionist duties or personal assistant responsibilities is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to manage time effectively while prioritizing tasks such as filing, proofreading, and calendar management.
