Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive assessments and swiftly respond to emergent patient care needs Administer medications, IV therapy, and other critical interventions as appropriate Monitor, document, and communicate changes in patient conditions to healthcare teams Assist with triage, prioritizing care based on patient acuity Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and care expectations Adhere to infection control, safety procedures, and facility protocols at all times Maintain accurate, detailed records to ensure high-quality care delivery
