We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team at our Meridian Medical Center! We're p roud to be a Six-Time Magnet Designated Recipient for Nursing Excellence! About Our Medical/Surgical Units Units 5 & 6 are dynamic 42-bed units where you'll have the chance to enhance your clinical skills while caring for a diverse patient population to include various medical conditions and post-surgical needs.

Typical RN-to-patient ratio:

1:5 Typical CNA-to-patient ratio: 1:8 What you can expect from this role Full Time or Part Time days or nights (7:00a-7:30p/7:00p-7:30a) with night/weekend differential pay Additional PTO hours for night shift Sign-on/Relocation bonus for eligible new hires Certification pay for national certifications (e.g., CMSRN, ONC) Charge Nurse and Preceptor opportunities that include additional differentials Design a schedule that fits your life and aligns with your team's needs Work alongside our Unit-Based Educator to ensure your journey with us starts off strong Enjoy access to scholarships for continuing education, conferences, certifications, and licensure Be part of a team that values camaraderie, encouragement, and meaningful relationships Gain valuable expertise in a variety of procedures across two specialized units

Qualifications Education:
Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing Degree Experience:

1+ years of RN experience

Licenses/Certifications:
