The Registered Nurse OASIS Specialists implements a comprehensive review and interpretation of Outcome Assessment Information Sets, ensures optimal coding and accurate baseline and subsequent information about patient functional and clinical status. The OASIS specialist effectively uses assessment information to improve patient care and outcome improvement.
