Associate Job Description Job Summary The RN is responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care to an assigned group of patients. The med-surg nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients daily and supervising the activities of the nursing assistants and ancillary staff. Excellence in this position demands that the individual possess outstanding interpersonal, phone, and computer skills.

Minimum Requirements:

Current unrestricted Mississippi RN license Good communication skills (written and oral) Excellent customer relations, interpersonal, phone, and computer skills Current BLS certification Current ACLS and PALS certification preferred
