This role requires direct patient care during one of the most critical and rewarding stages—the birth experience. Schedule:

12-hour night shifts: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (7:00 pm-7:00 am)

Qualifications:

Current RN license Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required Proficient with EPIC electronic health records system Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of facility

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring patients, monitoring maternal and fetal well-being Administer medications and monitor their effects during labor and postpartum period Collaborate closely with obstetricians, anesthesia providers, and support staff for optimal patient care Document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses using EPIC Educate and support patients and families before, during, and after delivery Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for mothers and infants Respond quickly and professionally to emergent obstetric situations Why consider this assignment?
