Job Type:

Contract Job Description. Monitor patient conditions and assess care needs. Observe symptoms and report changes to physicians. Develop individualized care plans with physicians and nursing staff. Perform vital signs, injections, treatments, and routine procedures. Administer medications according to physician orders. Maintain patient safety, hygiene, and infection control standards. Provide emergency care and assist surgeons as needed. Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants. Provide compassionate support to patients and families. Maintain clinical knowledge through continuing education.
