Job Overview Salary is based on years of experience. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team at a CAH in MT. In this vital role, you will provide immediate, comprehensive nursing care to patients experiencing acute medical conditions in a fast-paced emergency environment. Your expertise will ensure rapid assessment, stabilization, and treatment of diverse cases. This position offers a sign on bonus of up to $20K as well as relocation assistance of up to $7,500 to be discussed in the interview. Duties Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed medical histories to determine urgency and prioritize care. Administer medications and injections accurately, including IV infusions and medication management for acute pain control. Utilize aseptic techniques during procedures such as suturing, catheterization, phlebotomy, and wound care to prevent infection.. Document all patient interactions comprehensively within EMR/EHR system, Cerner. Provide education on discharge planning, medication administration, and post-acute care instructions for diverse patient populations. Participate in ongoing training related to emergency medicine protocols, ICD coding updates (ICD-9/10), and infection control practices. Requirements
