Desired Skills & Experience:
Current and valid RN license One year or more of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) experience strongly preferred BLS and NRP certifications required Active, up-to-date immunization records Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Adaptability and eagerness to work within diverse teams
Role Responsibilities:
Delivering specialized, evidence-based care for critically ill newborns Monitoring, assessing, and documenting patient conditions Operating and interpreting neonatal medical equipment Collaborating with physicians, respiratory therapists, and family members for coordinated care Educating and supporting families through neonatal care challenges Maintaining detailed records and adhering to all hospital protocols and procedures Why Travel Nursing in Montana?
