A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Works in hospitals, schools, clinics or community health centers. Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. May work as an advanced practice specialists and prescribe medications in addition to offering specialty care.

Schedule:
Full-Time Days Nights 12-hours Shifts 0.9 FTE or 0.75 FTE What You'll Do Key Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process to provide holistic, family-centered patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation Collect, verify, and organize patients' health information accurately and efficiently Deliver direct patient care under the direction of the Unit Director (or designee) and Charge Nurse Conduct thorough assessments of critical care patients and maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards Support high-quality care through detailed planning and continuous evaluation Facilitate patient hand-offs and support patients throughout the care continuum Collaborate effectively with physicians, peers, and interdisciplinary teams in a teamwork-focused environment Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills while embracing feedback and thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing clinical setting Provide compassionate, patient-centered care with professionalism, flexibility, and emotional intelligence What We Are Looking For Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current Montana Registered Nurse (RN) license required BLS certification (within 6 months of hire) required 1+ year of RN experience preferred
