A community healthcare facility near Helena, Montana is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse House Supervisor to join its leadership team!

Pay:

$35.00 - $52.00 / hourly

Registered Nurse House Supervisor Opportunity:

Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position

Schedule:

Three 12-hour shifts per week; day and night shifts available Up to $20,000 retention bonus Up to $7,000 relocation assistance Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement benefits

Registered Nurse House Supervisor Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and patient flow within critical care and nursing departments Provide leadership and support to nursing staff while assisting with patient care as needed Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes Monitor staffing, resource utilization, and compliance with organizational policies and procedures

Registered Nurse House Supervisor Qualifications:

Active Montana RN license or Compact RN license required, or eligibility to obtain prior to start Minimum of three years of RN experience in a hospital setting required Recent ICU experience preferred Background in patient flow, resource nursing, or nursing leadership highly valued
