Required Qualifications and Experience:

Current and valid RN license Demonstrated experience in Emergency Room (ER) nursing BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required Strong clinical assessment skills, with the ability to prioritize care in high-pressure situations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency with electronic medical records is preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide prompt, accurate, and effective nursing interventions for patients of all ages presenting with urgent and emergent conditions Perform triage assessments, fluid and medication administration, wound care, and monitor vital signs Work collaboratively with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans Respond swiftly and appropriately to codes and rapid response situations Educate patients and families regarding treatments, procedures, and aftercare Document assessments, care provided, and patient responses with accuracy and timeliness
