Registered Nurse (RN) - Weekend Champion Program Weekend Champion | RN Leadership, Stability, and Premium Weekend Pay If you're an RN who thrives in leadership, consistency, and making a real impact, our Weekend Champion Program offers competitive pay and a focused schedule. What We Offer $2.00/hour premium added to base rate $150 weekly bonus for every completed weekend Shift differentials per facility policy Structured weekend scheduling Schedule Commitment Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday Full attendance required to earn weekly bonus Day, evening, or night shifts as assigned Qualifications Active RN license in good standing Strong clinical judgment and supervisory skills Commitment to resident safety and team support Why You'll Love It Earn more without picking up extra weekdays Lead when your presence matters most Join a team that values consistency and accountability
