Critical Care Float RN, Nights:

In the intensive care environment, the Critical Care Float RN, Nights practices across the ICU platform with exposure to complex cases and evidence-based protocols, backed by recognition from Newsweek as one of the World's Best Hospitals, an 'A' Hospital Safety Grade from The Leapfrog Group, Magnet Recognition Program status for nursing excellence, multiple Healthgrades awards for clinical excellence, and nationally recognized programs in Heart & Vascular, Cancer Care, Women's Services, Orthopedics, Neurosciences, and Surgical Services.
Reporting to a Nurse Manager, the Critical Care Float RN, Nights collaborates with friendly staff and a diverse team of physicians, APPs, pharmacy, respiratory therapy, PT/OT, case management, and social work. Typical scope includes MSICU, CVICU, CVSICU, and NSICU and floating between two local campuses with structured onboarding, precepting, and consistent leadership support.
