Schedule/Hours:
36 hours per week
Qualifications:
Current and active RN license Minimum of one year ICU experience (recent within the past 12 months preferred) BLS and ACLS certifications Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Experience with ventilators, drips, and other ICU-specific interventions
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients Monitor, assess, and document patient condition and progress Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for care planning Perform interventions and administer medications as prescribed Respond promptly to emergencies and rapidly changing patient conditions Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and post-discharge care
