Key Qualifications:
Current, unrestricted RN license CVOR or operating room nursing experience required BLS and ACLS certifications Strong critical thinking and organizational skills Ability to adapt to fast-paced, collaborative environments
Primary Responsibilities:
Circulate and scrub for cardiovascular operating room procedures Monitor patient safety and care throughout surgeries Communicate clearly with surgical teams and support staff Ensure accurate patient documentation and compliance with protocols Anticipate surgeon needs and uphold sterile techniques
