Job Description
Qualifications:
Current, active RN license Minimum one year of recent experience in a Telemetry unit required Proficiency in monitoring and interpreting cardiac rhythms BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred) Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient careKey Responsibilities:
Monitor, analyze, and document patients' cardiac rhythms Administer medications and manage IVs according to provider orders Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and discharge instructions Respond rapidly to cardiac or medical emergencies as necessary Accurately document all patient interactions and care deliveredPerks & Benefits:
