(RN) 📍 Greenville, NC Action Health Staffing & Home Care Services Action Health Staffing is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Greenville team! The RN will provide clinical oversight and support to our home care clients while ensuring quality care and accurate documentation. 💙

Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and maintain individualized Plans of Care for home care clients
• Complete Start of Care assessments and visits
• Conduct supervisory visits in the client's home
• Evaluate clients for ADL and Personal Care needs
• Manage, supervise, and train Home Care Aides in the client's home
• Monitor client needs and make appropriate changes to the Plan of Care
• Ensure client charts and clinical records are accurate, complete, and maintained in good order
• Communicate with clients, families, aides, and other members of the care team
• Ensure services are provided according to the client's Plan of Care and applicable regulations ⭐

What We're Looking For:
