Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum of 1-2 years recent experience in Stepdown and/or PCU environment Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced, adaptive settings
