7:00 PM - 7:00

AM Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 3 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• Diploma completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Required Credentials:

Nursing Diploma or ADN or ASN from an accredited school of Nursing.

Preferred Credentials:

BSN or MSN from an accredited school of Nursing.

Unit Details:

Patient population includes postoperative neurosurgery and ENT patients. Neurosurgery cases include brain and spinal surgeries, trauma, cancer, stroke, and intracranial bleeds. ENT cases include head and neck malignancies, cancer, and infection involving the head, mouth, tongue, jaw, thyroid, and oropharynx. Charge nurse duties are required as needed, and training will be provided.

Shift & Scheduling:

No call. Every other weekend is required. Every other holiday is required.
