•Service Johnston, Harnett, and Wake Counties We are seeking a highly qualified and dependable PRN Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of a BSN degree to support our clinical team with initial patient intakes, supervisory visits, and clinical skills competency checks for new hires. This position is ideal for an experienced RN who enjoys both patient care and supporting the professional development of nursing staff. Responsibilities Complete initial patient assessments and nursing intakes. Conduct supervisory and follow-up nursing visits. Perform thorough patient assessments and identify changes in condition. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation. Conduct clinical skills and laboratory competency checks for newly hired nurses and caregivers , as applicable. Evaluate staff competency in required nursing skills and provide constructive feedback. Assist with orientation and clinical training of new hires. Communicate patient and staff concerns to the appropriate clinical leadership. Ensure compliance with agency policies, state and federal regulations, and professional nursing standards. Maintain a professional, compassionate, and patient-centered approach. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

•Required. Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina. Previous clinical nursing experience required. Home health experience preferred. Strong assessment, clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to perform and evaluate hands-on nursing skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient locations as needed. Professional, dependable, organized, and detail-oriented. Schedule PRN position 2 days per week Approximately 8-10 hours per week Flexible scheduling based on patient needs, supervisory visits, and new-hire competency evaluations.
