$40/hour Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Staff Nurse RN to provide occupational health and medical services to employees at a manufacturing facility. The RN will support employee health, workplace safety, injury and illness management, emergency care, wellness programs, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Provide nursing care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses. Perform medical assessments, first aid, emergency response, referrals, and follow-up care. Conduct pre-placement physical examinations and employee health assessments. Manage employee wellness, immunization, hearing conservation, vision testing, and respiratory protection programs. Respond to workplace emergencies and coordinate appropriate medical transportation and referrals. Maintain accurate employee medical records, workers' compensation documentation, and return-to-work records. Support return-to-work and case management activities. Administer employee vaccinations in accordance with CDC guidelines. Conduct venipuncture and provide laboratory support as needed. Collaborate with physicians, HR, management, and medical providers regarding employee health and work restrictions. Conduct regular rounds throughout manufacturing and support areas to identify occupational health needs. Maintain knowledge of current occupational health practices, regulations, and best practices. Qualifications BSN or ADN from an accredited nursing program. Current RN license in North Carolina or California, depending on work location. 3-5 years of relevant nursing experience , preferably in occupational health, emergency care, clinical nursing, or public health. Current CPR and First Aid certification. Strong communication, assessment, and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and interact professionally with employees, physicians, HR, and management. COHN or COHN-S certification is preferred.
