Job Description
Novant Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Telemetry to provide high-quality, evidence-based care for diverse adult populations. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, interpret cardiac telemetry, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes. You will educate patients and families, ensure accurate documentation, and promote safety and infection control.
