Rockingham Skilled Nursing Facility Salary Range:

$33.88 - $47.91 per hour (Hiring Range)

Schedule:

36 hours/week (12 hours x 3 shifts/week)

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills. Experience caring for older adults and patients with complex medical needs preferred. BLS/CPR certification preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.

Education Requirements:

• Graduation from a school of professional nursing.

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification

Professional Experience Requirements:

• One (1) year of nursing experience.
