Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active, unencumbered RN license Previous experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Travel nursing experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care in Stepdown and PCU settings Monitor, assess, and document patient progress, collaborating with physicians and care teams Manage IVs, cardiac telemetry, and medication administration Educate patients and families on disease management and treatment plans Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
