Your Experience and Credentials:
Active and unencumbered RN license Minimum of 1 year recent Emergency Room nursing experience preferred BLS and ACLS certifications required; TNCC and PALS certifications are a plus Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking abilities Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
Role Responsibilities:
Rapidly assess and triage patients in the ER setting Deliver compassionate, evidence-based emergency nursing care Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital standards Collaborate with physicians, healthcare teams, and ancillary staff Support patients and families during crisis situations, providing education and comfort Uphold infection control and patient safety protocols
