• Home Health Registered Nurse
• in •Greensboro, NC.

• Pay:

• $51.00 - $55.90 per hour based on experience

• Type:

• Three-month contract

• Schedule:

• 8:00AM - 4:30 (Monday - Friday), with on call and weekends as scheduled

• On Call:

• 2 on-call rotations per contract

• Coverage Areas:

• Guilford County

• Primary Responsibilities:

• Head to toe assessments
• Wound care including wound vacs
• IV therapy, enteral tube feedings, urinary drainage device management
• Coordination of care, disease management, medication reconciliation, case management
• Agency discharges
• Caring for patients in their home to prevent hospitalizations

• Qualifications:

• Current North Carolina RN License in good standing
• CPR Certification
• Experience in homecare
• HCHB experience
• Valid Drivers License
