Schedule/Hours:

3x12 hour shifts

Days:

7:00am - 7:30pm Weekend rotation Holidays as needed Self-assisted 6-week scheduling

Desired Qualifications:

Active RN license At least 2 years of experience (Cardiac PCU and 1:5 nurse-patient ratios required) Cardiac Progressive Care experience required

BLS & ACLS

certifications (NIH Preferred) Experience with

EPIC EMR

Previous Charge RN experience preferred Familiarity with rapid response teams preferred Proficiency in managing dysrhythmias, telemetry, cardiac/vasoactive drips, sedation, trach/CPAP/BIPAP, chest tubes, cardiac cath

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver advanced care to cardiac and progressive care patients Interpret and manage complex arrhythmias and perform post-cardiac cath care Administer and titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips Collaborate across disciplines to provide comprehensive patient care Engage with Centralized Cardiac Monitoring for seamless workflow Contribute to a positive, educational workplace culture
