What You'll Do As a Pediatric RN, you will work closely with our pediatricians and clinical team to provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.

Your day may include:

Caring for patients from infancy through adolescence Administering medications and immunizations Assisting pediatricians with examinations, treatments, and procedures Performing nursing assessments and monitoring vital signs Providing telephone triage and helping families determine the appropriate next steps for their child's care Educating parents and caregivers about medications, treatments, illnesses, and preventive care Supporting children and families through procedures, illnesses, and other challenging moments Maintaining accurate and thorough medical records Communicating and collaborating with physicians and other members of the healthcare team Building relationships with patients and families and becoming a trusted part of their healthcare experience What We're Looking For Current NC RN license or

NCLEX-RN

eligible CPR certification for Healthcare Providers Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in caring for children Ability to work as part of a team in a busy pediatric practice Willingness to learn and grow as a nurse Pediatric nursing experience is a plus, but it is not required.
