Active North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license (in good standing) or multi-state license Ability to pass a strict background checkKey Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments Monitor and document patients' health status and respond to medical emergencies Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans Educate patients on health conditions, medication adherence, and preventive care Assist with wound care, IV therapy, and chronic disease management Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards Supervise and support LVNs, CNAs, and other healthcare staff Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with facility guidelines Why Join Ro Health?
