Qualifications:
Current and unencumbered RN license Minimum of 2 years' recent experience as an Operating Room RN BLS and ACLS certifications (required) Scrubbing and circulating experience preferred Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills Flexibility to adapt to changing OR environments
Responsibilities:
Circulate and scrub for a variety of surgical cases Ensure sterile techniques and infection control practices Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs Monitor patient safety and respond swiftly to emergent situations Accurately document surgical procedures and patient status Support surgical teams with set up, patient positioning, and supply management
