Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered RN license At least one year of recent Operating Room RN experience BLS certification (additional certifications such as ACLS preferred) Proficiency circulating and scrubbing preferred Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, effective nursing care to surgical patients before, during, and after procedures Collaborate closely with the perioperative team, including surgeons and technologists Manage and maintain the sterile field Anticipate and respond to the needs of surgeons and patients during procedures Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
