Utilize your expertise as a Registered Nurse specializing in IR to support complex procedures and collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. This contract opportunity is structured with a consistent 8-hour day schedule over 40 hours per week.

Schedule/Hours:

Monday through Friday Shifts between 6:00 am and 5:00 pm; 8-hour shifts (exact timing varies) Weekend rotation every other weekend On call every 8 weeks, with additional on-call responsibilities during certain holidays

Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted RN license Proven experience in Interventional Radiology nursing Advanced knowledge of radiological procedures, sterile techniques, patient assessment, and critical care monitoring BLS and ACLS certifications required Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a multidisciplinary environment

Responsibilities:

Prepare, assess, and educate patients before, during, and after interventional radiology procedures Support physicians during various diagnostic and therapeutic interventions Monitor patient status and respond rapidly to emergencies Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times Maintain accurate documentation and communicate procedure details effectively to care teams Participate in on-call rotation per outlined schedule, including some holidays
