Schedule:

36 hours/week 12-hour shifts Rotate every other weekend No on-call expectations 75% holiday coverage required Schedule cycles every 6 weeks

Qualifications & Experience:

Active RN license Minimum 18 months of recent MedSurg/Tele RN experience Prior ortho and spinal precaution experience (for 7N/S Ortho) BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications Proficient in stroke care, cardiac monitoring, trach care, IV/PIV starts, chest tube management Medication drip management Proficient with Epic, Alaris IV pumps, Omnicell, Phillips monitors Willingness to float between all units and facilities within regional scope

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional care to general Med/Tele and ortho surgical patients Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team (CNA, RT, hospitalists, phlebotomy, etc.) Manage a patient load of 1:5-6 (may surge to 1:7-8) Onboard through comprehensive orientation (NEO plus 2 days department/unit-specific)
