Qualifications:
Valid and unrestricted RN license Minimum of one year Stepdown or Progressive Care experience, with travel nursing experience a plus Proficient in monitoring, assessment, and intervention in a stepdown environment Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Exceptional communication, adaptability, and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care to patients requiring close monitoring and specialized treatment Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes Monitor and respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions Administer medications, manage IVs, and document ongoing care Educate patients and families about treatment plans and recovery
