Days:

07:00-19:30;

Nights:

19:00-07:30) Will also consider 3x12-hour or 4x12-hour travelers Both day and night shifts available

Qualifications:

Current, active RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state Minimum 1 year of RN-PICU experience BLS and PALS certifications (required) Open to first-time travelers and local candidates (within 75 miles) Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills required

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive, family-centered care to pediatric patients in a critical care setting Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient treatment plans Administer medications, interventions, and therapies as directed by the healthcare team Monitor and document changes in patient condition and respond rapidly to emergencies Educate families on care, treatment plans, and recovery processes
