Job Description

Regional Facility Registered Nurse Starting Pay Rate will be $35-$40 per hour based upon experience. Employee Benefits include paid time off, mileage reimbursement, paid new hire orientation, paid training, employee supplemental insurance coverage (Hospital, Disability, Dental, Accident, Life) and Surgeon & Associates, Inc. company discount card. Starting pay rate will be reviewed after 6 months. Employee Referral Bonus program Surgeon & Associates, Inc. offers psychoeducational and relational support, behavioral modeling of interventions, and supervision to consumers residing in a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility.
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 8 overtime hours weekly Successful candidates should be able to:
  • Provide patient care, assessment and treatment as ordered for residents in a psychiatric residential treatment facility for no more than 12 youths. Respond to the needs of the residents by administering medications, triaging and rendering first aid treatment as needed, assessing patient needs, preparing and maintaining records, charts and reports and providing support to the direct care staff.
  • Provide healthy adult role models.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
  • Licensed Registered Nurse plus two years of paid, voluntary or family behavior health experience OR Associate degree required.
  • Third Shift
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 8 overtime hours weekly
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Observation and decision-making skills
  • Willingness to use personal transportation in work capacity
  • Knowledge of substance abuse/addiction issues or related work experience would be beneficial
Other Training and Certifications Required :
CPR First Aid Certification, Bloodborne Pathogens, CPI Crisis Prevention Intervention, Medication Administration and Seizure Management, Clients Rights(Training will be provided)
