Desired Qualifications:
Active RN license, eligible for practice in North Carolina Minimum 1-2 years of recent Emergency Room (ER) experience BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills Experience with various electronic medical records (EMR) systems a plus Ability to adapt quickly and maintain composure in high-stress situations
Responsibilities:
Deliver efficient, compassionate care to patients in the ER Perform triage, administer medications, initiate IV therapy, and monitor vital signs Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop care plans Document patient assessment, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely Educate patients and families about procedures, care, and follow-up Uphold infection control, patient privacy, and HIPAA guidelines
