Active RN license, unrestricted for North Carolina (or compact state) Minimum of one year recent clinical experience in a Stepdown or PCU setting Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills Adaptability to new environments and eagerness to learnYour Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care in Stepdown and PCU units Monitor and interpret complex cardiac rhythms and changes in patient condition Administer medications, manage IVs, and perform advanced interventions as needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Educate patients and families, providing emotional support throughout recovery Document accurately and communicate updates to care teamsOutstanding Benefits Include:
