Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialized nursing care to patients requiring telemetry monitoring. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient care accurately. Respond promptly to cardiac rhythms and alarms, implementing appropriate interventions. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment plans. Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment, and self-care. Maintain compliance with facility protocols, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse license. Telemetry nursing experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Current BLS and ACLS certifications. Exceptional communication, organization, and teamwork abilities. Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment.
