Smithfield Manor Rehabilitation and Care Center, Smithfield, NC.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate nursing care in alignment with healthcare policies and procedures Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and create individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for patient responses Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care Provide education to patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention Maintain accurate, detailed patient documentation Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff, providing mentorship and guidanceQualifications:
Current Registered Nurse ( RN ) certification in the state of North Carolina. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) Clinical experience in a hospital or acute care settingBLS/ACLS
