A skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse is needed for a full-time contract opportunity in the home health setting. Schedule and Key Details:

Full-time, 13-week contract Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM 2532 points per week (typically 35 patient visits daily) Field-basedtravel to patient homes (mileage reimbursement provided) Utilizes Home Care Home Base (HCHB) for documentation OASIS assessment tool

Qualifications:

Active RN license (state of practice) and in good standing Minimum 1 year recent home health experience (field experience preferred) Proficient with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) OASIS experience required Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, auto insurance Excellent clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to independently manage a field-based schedule

Preferred Experience:

BSN Direct experience with 2532 points/week caseload Familiarity with Medicare and home health compliance

Primary Responsibilities:
