The Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated and skilled RN/LPN Staff Development Coordinator to lead education and training efforts within our facility. In this critical role, you will support the hiring and onboarding process, provide continuing education to nursing staff, and play a key role in ensuring our team members are confident, compliant, and compassionate in their care.
