Key Responsibilities:

Continuously monitor and evaluate patient cardiac status using advanced telemetry equipment. Assess, plan, implement, and document nursing care for patients with acute and chronic conditions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Respond effectively to cardiac and medical emergencies, following current protocols and standards. Provide clear education and support to patients and families during their care journey.

Qualifications:

Current RN license in good standing. Proven experience in Telemetry or acute care nursing. Strong critical thinking and communication skills. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Willingness to adapt to new settings and embrace evolving clinical practices.
