Schedule:

36 hours per week

Qualifications:

Active, unencumbered RN license Recent experience in a stepdown or progressive care unit Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills BLS and ACLS certifications (current) Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver nursing care for adult patients transitioning from intensive care to general units Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and response to treatment Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families to ensure continuity of care Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Respond promptly to clinical changes, interventions, and emergencies Educate patients and families about ongoing care and discharge planning
