You will utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. You will oversee the delivery of patient care for a group of patients and direct patient are based on patient acuity and staff availability. You will provide direct patient care, evaluate outcomes and adjust nursing care processes indicated to adhere to legal, ethical and competency level of staff. You will collaborate and consult with patients, colleagues and interdisciplinary team members to achieve desired outcomes. You will provide education for self, staff, colleagues, patients and/or families.
