Schedule:

Qualifications:

Active RN license Recent experience in Stepdown or Intermediate Care required Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical judgment skills Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and rapidly changing patient needs Current BLS and ACLS certifications (as applicable) Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage patients requiring close observation post-ICU or with complex medical conditions Administer medications, carry out advanced monitoring, and respond to changes in patient status Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and execute individualized care plans Document assessments, interventions, and responses accurately Educate patients and families on clinical status, treatments, and discharge preparations Uphold patient safety and hospital policies at all times
