Key Qualifications:
Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state 2+ years of recent ICU nursing experience Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required) Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities Experience with advanced life support and critical care protocols
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional patient care to critically ill adults Monitor, assess, and document patient condition, response to interventions, and progress Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Respond promptly to patient needs and emergent situations Educate patients and families regarding care procedures and recovery expectations Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with facility protocols
